Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use ("Terms," "Agreement," or "EULA") are a legal agreement between you ("User") and Everton Holdings LLC, provider of the NeuroBlock OS application ("App," "NeuroBlock OS," "Service"). By downloading or using NeuroBlock OS, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

By using NeuroBlock OS, you affirm that:

• You are at least 13 years old (or the digital age of consent in your country),
• You agree to this Agreement and Apple's Standard EULA,
• You agree to follow all applicable laws.

NeuroBlock OS is a focus and digital-wellbeing tool designed to reduce distractions, block selected apps/websites, and support intentional screen usage. It is not a replacement for medical or mental-health treatment.

Your use of NeuroBlock OS is subject to our Privacy Policy:

You agree not to:

• Misuse detox/blocking tools
• Attempt to bypass restrictions
• Reverse engineer or modify the App
• Use the App for illegal activities

If you use parental linking features, you confirm you have legal authority over the device/user being supervised. Misuse of monitoring features is prohibited.

NeuroBlock OS does not provide medical or psychological advice.

The App is designed as a productivity and digital wellness tool. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing mental health issues, please consult with a qualified healthcare provider.

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties. Everton Holdings LLC is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability exclusions, so these limitations may not apply to you.

All App content, trademarks, logos, and code belong to Everton Holdings LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, delete the App from your devices.

We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use after changes means acceptance.

When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Agreement will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in California.
